Is B2 an Apple Authorised Service Provider?
No — B2 is an independent Apple repair specialist, and that is deliberate. It means we can repair devices Apple would only replace, do board-level work Apple doesn't offer, and price out-of-warranty jobs well below Apple's rates. If your device is still under Apple warranty, we will tell you to use Apple instead, because using us would void it.
How long does a repair take?
Most iPhone screens and batteries are done in 45 minutes to two hours while you wait. MacBook screens and batteries are usually same day. Board-level and liquid-damage work takes two to four days because it has to be done properly, not fast.
What does the diagnosis cost?
Nothing. We open the device, find the fault, and give you a fixed written quote. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay zero and take your device home as it came.
What warranty do I get?
Six months on the part and the workmanship, printed on your bill. Physical damage and liquid ingress after the repair aren't covered, for obvious reasons — everything else is.
Will I lose my data?
For screen, battery, port and camera work, no — your data is untouched. For logic-board and liquid-damage repairs there is always some risk, so we will tell you before we start and back up what we can. Always back up before any repair, anywhere.
Do you use original Apple parts?
Where genuine Apple service parts are obtainable for that model, yes. Where they aren't — which is common for older devices and for parts Apple doesn't sell to independents — we use premium OEM-grade parts and say so plainly on your quote. You'll always know which one is going into your device.
Can you collect and return my device?
Yes. Free pickup and drop is available across Margao, Fatorda, Navelim, Colva, Benaulim, Verna and the rest of South Goa. Ask when you book and we'll arrange a slot.
Do you repair devices bought abroad?
Yes. International models are no problem for hardware repair, including US, UAE and Singapore units.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI, all major cards, and EMI on higher-value repairs. You get a proper GST invoice for every job.
My device is very old. Is it worth repairing?
Sometimes it honestly isn't, and we'll say so. If the repair costs more than the device is worth, we'll tell you that rather than take your money.
